Sports and Physical Education
Programs focus on developing students as an individual and as team members. At BPS we also develop leadership, sportsmanship, teamwork, and self-confidence qualities in our students by organizing different inter-school and inter-house competitions. The school does not restrict its knowledge to just books, we believe in providing knowledge both theoretically and practically.
Zumba
As jumping, dancing, shaking, swinging, and moving freely are children’s favorite activities, Zumba is the perfect way to incorporate exercise into children’s routines. At BPS, Zumba sessions are modified according to their routine, age-appropriate intensities, and majorly tailored to make it creative. It also includes games and activities to improve coordination, self-confidence, and teamwork.
Aerobics
Children are like clay that is waiting to be molded into its best possible shape and form. They are flexible in thought while their bodies are still growing and are open to changes. Physical exercise and its importance cannot be overrated. By introducing aerobics exercise into a child’s life, we would be highly enhancing their health, mind, cognitive, emotional abilities and make them stronger inside out.
Karate & Martial Arts
Martial Arts can be a great activity to get your children into for a whole range of reasons that have nothing at all to do with fighting. You can choose from a range of styles including Karate, Taekwondo, Brazilian Jujitsu and Krav Maga too. Through Martial Arts not only will your child move around a lot, but they’ll also build on their strength and flexibility.
Music
Children learn nursery rhymes and songs like “Rock-A-Bye” and “If You’re Happy and You Know It.” This is a great way of developing musical expression and literacy skills. Music can help children hone their fine motor and language skills, boost self-confidence, build close relationships, improve the management of emotions and encourage teamwork.
Arts & Craft
Art, craft and design embody some of the highest forms of human creativity. Creativity goes hand in hand with imagination! Imagination underpins creativity and vice versa. At our school we produce creative work by exploring the ideas of the students and record their experiences.
